We stand behind the quality of every Erode ring. That's why every order comes with a complimentary 1-year warranty, giving you extra peace of mind from the day your jewelry arrives.

If your ring experiences a manufacturing defect during normal use, we'll carefully review your claim and, if confirmed, replace your jewelry immediately.

Every piece is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

 

What's Covered

 

Your 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Faulty soldering.
• Defective stone settings.
• Stones becoming loose or falling out due to a manufacturing defect.
• Any proven manufacturing or craftsmanship defect under normal wear and use.

If your claim is approved, we will replace your ring at our discretion.

 

What's Not Covered

 

To keep our jewelry fairly priced while maintaining high quality, this warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, scuffs, or loss of shine.
• Fading, discoloration, or plating wear caused by everyday use, friction, water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or sweat.
• Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, bending, crushing, or misuse.
• Rings that have become misshapen due to excessive force or pressure.
• Lost or stolen jewelry.
• Repairs, alterations, or modifications
